Provider: TbilisiMed, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint venturers (“Provider”)
Recipient: Student / User (“Recipient”)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of TbilisiMed’s online medical lectures, courses, and allied educational services. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in any TbilisiMed service, the Recipient agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Courses are available only in ONLINE format through secure platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• All lectures are conducted in English; fluency in English is required.
• Only medical students or medical graduates aged 18 and above are eligible for enrollment.

3. Course Participation & Completion

• Completion of any course requires active participation, timely attendance, and satisfactory performance in tests, quizzes, and assessments.
• Recipients must maintain a professional learning environment as outlined in the Online Classroom Decorum Agreement, including:
  • Operational webcam and microphone
  • Proper attire and appropriate behavior
  • Quiet, distraction‑free learning space
  • No children, pets, or media distractions in view of the camera
  • Timely attendance and adherence to classroom etiquette

4. Scholarship Conditions

Scholarships granted apply only to the first trimester/semester/fee installment. To retain scholarships for subsequent terms, the Recipient must:

• Maintain required university GPA (if applicable)
• Maintain strong class performance, activity, and attendance
• Take and pass the NBME Comprehensive Basic Science Self‑Assessment (CBSSA) every term
• Achieve the passing score set by the Provider based on course progress

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

The Recipient agrees to comply with the Confidentiality Agreement, including:

• No unauthorized recording, screen capturing, or photography of lessons
• No sharing of lesson links, access codes, or proprietary materials
• No disclosure, publication, or transmission of confidential information
• Protection of all proprietary teaching materials, lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, and communications

The Provider reserves the right to track and monitor access to online records.

6. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, replicating, or disseminating course content, lecture PDFs, Anki flashcards, recordings, chats, voice messages, or any Provider resources
• Disorderly conduct, slander, obscenity, or disruption of class proceedings
• Illegal activity or misrepresentation of facts during registration
• Attendance from inappropriate environments (coffee shops, loud public spaces)

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate removal from the course.

7. Consequences of Breach

If the Recipient breaches any term of this Agreement:

• The Provider may immediately terminate educational, tutoring, and allied services
• The Recipient will forfeit all fees paid
• The Recipient will lose access to all Provider resources and platforms
• The Provider may pursue legal action for intellectual property infringement or other violations

8. Changes to Course Structure

The Provider reserves the right to modify:

• Class timings
• Syllabus content
• Assigned lecturers
  with prior notice to the Recipient.

9. Data Privacy

The Provider will treat all Recipient information with strict privacy and will use data only for facilitating lessons. All sessions are hosted on secure, password‑protected platforms.

10. No Returns and No Refunds (Strict Policy)

All payments made to TbilisiMed are final.
There are absolutely NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Withdrawal from the course
• Removal due to misconduct or breach of terms
• Technical issues on the Recipient’s side
• Failure to meet academic or attendance requirements

Enrollment indicates full acceptance of this strict no‑refund policy.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in TbilisiMed’s online medical education services, the Recipient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Confidentiality Agreement and Online Classroom Decorum Agreement.
